b. |
Each CGSC coach, limited to one coach per team, is entitled to 100% reimbursement, for the expense of obtaining any Wisconsin Soccer Association coaching license or its equivalent, subject to the pre-approval of the CGSC vice-president. |
| Section 8: |

a. |
A coach may resign from CGSC by written notification to the Board of Directors. |

b. |
The CGSC Board of Directors, by a two-thirds (2/3) vote of the Directors, may expel a coach for conduct unbecoming a member or conduct detrimental to the policies and principles of CGSC. The coach will receive reasonable notice of the complaint and has the opportunity for a hearing before the Board prior to determination. |

Each CGSC team is entitled to one (1) vote at the annual meeting. A team may be represented by its coach or by an adult designated by the coach. |

Government and Policy |

The government and policy-making responsibilities of CGSC are vested in the Board of Directors, which controls CGSC’S property and finances, and directs CGSC’S activities. |

a. |
The CGSC Board of Directors will consist of nine (9) voting members, eight (8) of whom are elected by a majority vote of parents or guardians of players, players age 18 and over, coaches, board members, registrar, equipment coordinator, field coordinator, K-coordinator, fundraising coordinator and referee coordinator at an annual meeting. Each person will be entitled to one (1) vote. |
